Shipping policy
Shipping costs and delivery times
All prices in our shop include statutory VAT and are exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are shown to you in the cart and during checkout before you complete your order.
We deliver within Germany.

- Standard shipping: €5.99
- For orders of €49 or more we ship free of charge.
Delivery time: 2–5 working days. This includes 1–2 working days for processing your order.
Dispatch and tracking
We dispatch with our shipping partners from Monday to Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays at our registered office are not working days.
As soon as your order has left our warehouse you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email. If the shipping partner offers tracking, this email will contain the tracking number.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you without delay.
Partial deliveries
If you order several items, we generally ship them together. Should we exceptionally ship separately, this will not result in any additional shipping costs for you.
